Return Policy

I hope that you are delighted with your chosen jewellery, but if not, your purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please email aelita@aelitajewellery.com before you return any items quoting your name, address, item name and the reason for the return.

Goods purchased online must be unworn and returned in perfect condition in their original packaging in order for a refund to be processed. If you return an item, it is highly recommended for your own safety to use the same delivery option that was used originally. Aelita Jewellery cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit. The customer's refund will be credited to the original purchaser's card and may take up to 7 working days for the money to be refunded back to your account. The shipping cost will not be refunded.  

Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

Please note sometimes it may take up to 7-10 working days to dispatch your order as some pieces will be made once the order is received. You will always receive an email when your goods are dispatched.

Packaging

I am proud to be able to offer high-quality branded packaging (boxes) as well as small paper carrier bags (available on request via checkout). Also, if you are purchasing Aelita Jewellery as a gift, you will have the option to leave a message at the checkout (Additional Information field) and I will sign a card for the recipient. If you would like complimentary gift wrapping, please make sure you leave a message in the same field.

No returns on

  • Pierced earrings due to hygienic reasons.

  • Bespoke or specially adapted jewellery as it has been specifically designed for the buyer.

  • Sale items.

International Information - Brexit 

Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

I would highly recommend checking your country’s official website to check what is the current situation with regard to receiving parcels from the UK. You will not be charged any additional fee on the Aelita Jewellery website rather than the cost of a product and shipping.

Currency Conversions

All prices listed on the site are in GBP and charged in GBP. The bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general, it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. To get an estimate of approximately what the exchange rate currently is please use Google converter.

Privacy

When you submit your card details at the checkout, it is then securely processed with Stripe. Aelita Jewellery does not store the bank card details of customers.  Personal details obtained through a subscription will not be disclosed to any third parties.
