Aelita Jewellery ships worldwide including Europe, USA, Australia and Asia. All orders will be processed within 1-2 working days unless otherwise stated. Please note that Aelita Jewellery cannot ship on weekends or bank holidays.If you require your order to be delivered faster, please contact me to discuss alternative options.
What happens after you have placed an order?
You will receive a confirmation email. Once the order is dispatched, another email will be sent to you.
Your order will be dispatched in an unbranded external box. Jewellery is packaged in Aelita Jewellery box, Aelita Jewellery pillow box or unbranded high-quality packaging (please refer to each item separately). It will depend on the jewellery size that is purchased. Normally, small and medium-sized earrings will be packaged in a jewellery box, while larger jewellery pieces will be packaged in a pillow box.
If you are planning to gift the purchased jewellery, please do let me know the recipient's name and the special occasion (via the Additional Information form at the checkout). I will be delighted to sign a personalised card.
International Information - Brexit
Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
I would highly recommend checking your country’s official website to check what is the current situation with regard to receiving parcels from the UK. You will not be charged any additional fee on the Aelita Jewellery website rather than the cost of a product and shipping.
All prices listed on the site are in GBP and charged in GBP. The bank that has issued your card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general, it will match very closely with the going exchange rates.
